Marks & Spencers Voucher Prize Draw

1. The promotion is a prize draw which is open to anyone who received a letter notifying them about the draw.

2. To enter the draw participants must fill in and return the Home Energy Check form to the following freepost address: Freepost RLTE-ZLEE-UCGT, London Energy Saving Trust advice centre, 8th Floor, Ambassador House, Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7JG.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per household.

5. The closing date for entries is 5pm 31st July 2008.

6. The winner will be notified by phone within 28 days of the competition closing date.

7. The prize is £100 of M&S Vouchers.

8. The Promoter is the Energy Saving Trust.

9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable.

10. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The name of the winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to, Marketing Manager, London Energy Saving Trust advice centre, 8th Floor, Ambassador House, Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7JG.

12. The competition is for UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Energy Saving Trust, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates.

13. The Energy Saving Trust will not pass your personal details to a third party organisation without the authority of the entrant.

14. The Energy Saving Trust reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has the same or greater value than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside its control.

15. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

16. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement of the Energy Saving Trust, the winner can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf.

17. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions.

18. The Energy Saving Trust is expecting the winner to participate in any post publicity.

19. Entering this competition will give permission for the Energy Saving Trust to contact you in the future.
